Tourism Revelstoke Visitor Centre Print Marketing
RFP (Request for Propsal) - Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce, Revelstoke BC
Revelstoke Visitor Centre is the go-to place for all things Revelstoke. They are the face of our community for visitors and tourists and provide information about what activities and amenities are available.
We've been collaborating closely with the Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce to prepare for the summer season! Our primary goal for this redesign was to ensure consistency with Revelstoke's branding guidelines while creating an accessible and easily understood guide for new tourists visiting our beautiful town.
We thoroughly audited the original design to achieve this, ensuring all information was clear and concise. We refined the maps for better readability and maintained a consistent and legible design. We're excited for visitors to explore Revelstoke with these updated brochures!
We acknowledge and honour the four nations on whose land we live and learn: The Sinixt, the Ktunaxa, the Secwépemc, and the Syilx Okanagan People.
Revelstoke Hiking Brochure

We led the redesign of the town’s hiking brochure to improve clarity, accessibility, and alignment with local branding. The goal was to create a practical and welcoming guide for visitors exploring the area’s trails.
To streamline input from multiple contributors, We set up a shared Google Drive and established clear communication guidelines to keep everyone aligned. My approach to collaboration emphasizes structure and ease. We break projects into manageable phases, give regular updates, and ensure stakeholders feel included and informed. We also redesigned the maps and layout, focusing on visual hierarchy and user experience, making the guide more straightforward for tourists and visitor centre staff.
The final brochure is a more cohesive, on-brand product and helpful tool that has improved staff interactions with visitors. Feedback from the client highlighted how the updated design made it easier to communicate trail details and helped tourists feel more confident navigating Revelstoke.

Designed in parallel with the hiking brochure, the biking guide focused on showcasing Revelstoke’s trail network in a clear, approachable format for all rider levels. We worked with local trail organizations to gather accurate data, refined the layout for quick navigation, and ensured consistent alignment with the town’s brand. The final brochure confidently supports visitors in choosing routes and complements the hiking guide as part of a broader summer tourism toolkit.
Revelstoke City Map
Contributed by Tourism Revelstoke and Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce (including members).
After completing the hiking and biking brochures, we updated the City Map to better align with the new materials and improve overall legibility. The previous map was outdated and didn’t match the refined branding of Tourism Revelstoke or the brochures. We redesigned it with a focus on clarity and ease of use, implementing a color scheme consistent with Revelstoke’s branding guidelines while improving contrast for better readability.
We also revamped the map’s functionality to make it easier for both tourists and visitor centre staff to locate key businesses. The map now includes corresponding numbers and letters, making it simple to find businesses by referencing the contributors list on the back. This streamlined approach allows users to quickly identify and navigate to points of interest, ensuring a more efficient and user-friendly experience.
